Article 1. Access to the affiliate program - Conditions

This agreement is concluded between the webshop store Adria-Klik and the Partner in order to define the terms of cooperation in the Adria-Klik affiliate program.

You must be 18 or older to be part of this program.

You have to live in the EU to be a subsidiary.

You have to be human.

Accounts registered by “robots” or other automated methods are not allowed.

You must provide your legal full name, valid email address, and any other required information to complete the application process.

Your login can only be used by one person - one login shared by multiple people is not allowed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password

Adria-Klik cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by non-compliance with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all published content and activities that occur in your account.

One person or legal entity cannot have more than one account.
You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You may not, in the course of your use of the Service, infringe any law within your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).
You cannot use the Affiliate Program to earn money on your own Adria-Klik product accounts

Article 3 Accessing the affiliate program

The right to participate in the affiliate program has every legal and natural person who has its own web site or can send promotional links. The partner accesses the affiliate program by filling out the affiliate application form on the Adria-Klik.com website. The completed affiliate application form is identical to the signed contract. By fulfilling the same, the Partner confirms that he has read the terms of the affiliate program, that he fully understands them, and that he fully accepts them. Adria-Klik will review the content of the site listed in the affiliate application form, and will send a written answer as to whether it meets the standards of entry into the affiliate program. The Agreement enters into force if the Partner previously meets the criteria for joining the affiliate program.

Adria-Klik reserves the right to deny the right to participate in the affiliate program to an existing or new affiliate partner at any time in its sole discretion. Article 4 Ownership

Adria-Klik reserves all rights related to the registered company name, company marks, logo, slogan, texts and graphic solutions. Under the signed contract, the partner acquires the right to advertise services and products from the Adria-Klik offer, in the manner defined by this contract. He also acquires the right to use Adria-Klik promotional material (banner, link or text), and may use the Adria-Klik logo in order to identify himself as a Partner in this program. The partner is not allowed to make changes to the Adria-Klik logo and promotional material. The use of texts from the Adria-Klik.com website is allowed with the indication of the source and link, while the image materials on the g Adria-Klik.com website are allowed only with written permission. If Adria-Klik finds that the use of pictorial or written materials is not in accordance with the prescribed, it will inform the Partner, while in cases of serious violations it may result in material liability of the Partner to the owner of these materials, and unilateral termination of the contract.

Adria-Klik undertakes to provide the Partner with access to all information necessary for quality cooperation, to keep the database up to date, and to regularly inform the Partner about news in the offer. Article 6 User pages
After successfully accessing the affiliate program, the partner will be given online access to user pages. Here, the Partner will be able to use the program for installing links and banners, and transparently monitor various statistics (number of redirected visitors, commissions earned, total traffic, etc.) that will clearly show the success of the Partner's promotional campaign and the affiliate program itself. The Partner can access the user pages using a username and password, which will be automatically assigned when the access to the affiliate program is granted.

Article 7. Commission
Adria-Klik grants the Partner a percentage of the traffic for each purchase made by the visitor redirected from the Partner site, precise 5% for < 5000€. The commission is calculated depending on the realized sales in the current accounting year of the contract, and on the dynamics of commission payment. The accounting year lasts from 01/01 to 31/12. The cost of delivery from the sold services will not be included in the calculation of the commission to the Partner.
Visitors who are redirected from the Partner site, and may have expressed interest in renting certain services from the Adria-Klik offer, will not be included in the calculation of realized traffic. Please note that only those visitors who have made a payment for the reservation of a particular service will be included in the calculation of realized traffic. If there was a justified cancellation of the purchase by the end customer, and the amount paid was returned to him, it would result in the cancellation of the commission that was previously approved to the Partner. The partner will be informed about the cancellation in time, and upon request, he will be able to see the relevant correspondence with the guest. If the disputed amount has already been paid to the Partner, Adria-Klik will reduce the first subsequent payment to the Partner by the disputed amount.

Article 8 Dynamics and technique of payment

The dynamics of the payment of the realized commission is adjusted to the requests of the Partner. The request for payment is submitted in writing, ie by e-mail, fax or through user pages. Adria-Klik is obliged to forward the payment to the Partner's account within 3 working days.

If the Partner is a legal entity, it undertakes to issue an invoice with the requested amount when submitting the request. The invoice must be valid, and it must bear the number of the giro or foreign currency account to which the money must be paid.

Individuals are not obliged to issue an invoice for the corresponding commission, but they are obliged to inform Adria-Klik about the number of their private giro or foreign currency account. With this contract, the natural person assumes the payment of the corresponding taxes to the state. Adria-Klik disclaims liability in the event of non-payment of mandatory taxes by a natural person. The minimum amount for the payment of the realized commission is 50 Euros and in that case the costs of the money transaction are shared by Partner and Adria-Klik, in such a way that Adria-Klik bears the cost of Croatian banks, while other costs are borne by Partner. For payments whose amount is less than 50 Euros or equal to the cost of the money transaction, the Partner assumes all costs of the transaction. If the amount to be paid exceeds 500 Euros, the transaction costs are borne by Adria-Klik. If at the end of the accounting year there is a part of the unpaid commission to the Partner, it is automatically paid to the Partner regardless of whether the Partner has submitted a request for payment.
