Description: Aromatic, light and attractive cider. On the nose it is fresh, fruity with notes of fermented ripe red apples, stone fruit and vanilla. In the mouth it is semi-dry, well-balanced, nicely structured and of moderate carbonation accompanied by a taste of red apple and vanilla. Playful acidity contributes to the longevity of the taste.
